Mr.Chandra is the Founder and Managing Director of SMD. He is an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor, Certified Professional Manager by ACPM, UK, Certified Radiation Protection Officer by Atomic Energy Licensing Board of Malaysia and Certified Trainer by HRDF. He had more than 24 years of working experience in electronics, semi-conductor, automotive, aerospace and medical device industries with 15 years of working experience in glove industries directly involved in manufacturing, technical, quality management, regulatory compliance and also managing external contract manufacturers. He has strong Quality Management System knowledge, auditing and training experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 45001, US FDA 21 CFR Part 820 QSR, CMDR, J-PAL, European MDR and Malaysian Medical Device Regulation including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
